Useful Article/Blog Submission Sites
As much as I value and recommend top notch content, I understand that all of us have some average 300-400 word posts that we wish could help us get some link juice. The catch usually is that websites where such content is posted may not have a very high indexing rate.
So, here’s a list of some of my favourite submission sites that promise quick indexing and allow you to post shorter (average quality) blogs/articles:
Ideamarketers: Instant approval site and can help you get some backlink juice. Though I would recommend focusing more on placing branded anchor text links here.
Bestreviewer: Instant approval but has some pretty stringent guidelines. If you violate them, your content may be deleted and in the worst-case scenario your account could be banned. The good part is, you get to place multiple links and the posts get indexed within hours (usually).
Snipsly: 100 words is all it takes. Snipsly is quite similar to the now defunct infopirate. The content gets indexed in a couple of days.
Bloggerparty: They have become quite strict about splogs now. However, if your blogs are informative and occasionally carry promotional content, you should be okay.
Triond: Triond content takes relatively longer to get indexed, however, you can give it a push by bookmarking your articles to 3-4 popular social bookmarking sites.
Zimbio: Add a picture to an average piece, spruce it up and post it Zimbio. I get lots of Pinterest attention from content posted here.
Blogger: Create your own blog and post away. If you bookmark your blogs to a couple of social sharing sites like G+, Digg, and Stumbleupon, the content will get indexed within a day.
Postrunner: This costs money ($33 for premium membership, with the first month free), but post their re-launch their blog list seems to have improved quite a bit. The downside is that their customer service is rather poor and they don’t always respond to help tickets.
